| | Step1: Profile & Educate This one hour meeting is designed to help us to understand you - your needs and current financial situation, your realities and goals. It is also the time for you to ask questions and evaluate Sheldon. Then, if you are interested, a second meeting will be scheduled to present you a proposed investment and/or insurance strategy. Here is a suggested list of items to bring to our first meeting:- A list of questions you would like to ask, no matter how big or small.
- Your current personal and business financial statements from your financial institution(s) -Bank, Insurance Company, Investment Firm.
- Notice of Assessment- this will tell us your RRSP Carry forward room.
- Insurance documents – life, disability, critical illness
- Mortgage amount and interest rate (if applicable)
- Latest version of will (you do not have to bring it with you. Just make sure you can find it and that it is up to date. Consider things such, Who is your Guardian for your young children (under age 18) and Power of Attorney for financial matters and personal care).
- Any other financial or goal-setting documents that you feel are relevant.
- Pension Plan statements or forecast- Including those from current or past employers and CPP.

| | Step 2: Investment and Insurance Strategy | | | | In this meeting, a recommended Investment Strategy and Investment Policy Statement will be presented to you (and your family). We will answer your questions and conerns and tailor the strategy further if required. At the end of the meeting, you will be invited to take the documents home to review with your family and/or business partners. Sheldon or Karol will follow up with you within a week after the meeting to respond to any new questions or concerns you may have. | | |

| | Step 3: Ongoing Monitoring and Risk Management | | | | After the investment strategy is implemented, Sheldon monitors your investments to ensure that returns are as expected. He stays current on investment trends, international and domestic events and interest rates and advises his clients when investments should be changed. During this time, Sheldon also expects you to call when you encounter day-to-day financial decisions, so that he may support you. | | |

| | Step 4: Regular Performance Reviews and Update | | | Sheldon will meet with you to review your financial plan and performance, listen to your questions, challenges, record changes in your goals, or changes in your realities, and to adjust the financial plan as required.
